I struggled with this one, a tricky puzzle.
I may not be able to pronounce the setter’s name properly, but I have no trouble pronouncing this puzzle a nice and easy solve.
I found this to be a tough nut to crack from Wanderer. Progress was slow and steady .. and I still couldnt nail a couple of clues in the end without some help.
I found this a mixed bag of the easy-peasy, the puzzling, the hackneyed and the really rather clever. With a couple of movie-stars thrown in. Good stuff.

For the second time I have been unable to complete an Io puzzle. Any help with the remaining two solutions would be greatly appreciated.
This was a puzzle of two parts. Some answers went in straight after reading the clues and for others I had to spend time parsing the wordplay after getting the answers. Thanks to NEO for the welcome workout.
Once again, I find myself blogging for a Bradman grid, which was a very enjoyable romp. I thought he had upped the ante slightly with this one, relative to his recent puzzles. Although 5d didnt find any favors with me, it was compensated for a neat clue in 25ac. Thanks Bradman.
There was something just a bit unsatisfying about this puzzle – it seemed to lack a certain zippiness or precision.
