Poins is usually in the IoS, but there are occasional weekday appearances, and we are the happier for that. This was a sound and enjoyable crossword with some very good clues.

A good Tuesday challenge from Wire today – this is his 7th Indy puzzle to date and the 2nd we have had the pleasure of blogging.
I found this a tough puzzle to get started with. There was an interesting variety of clues and you often had to break the clue down to atomic level to work out the parsing.
