Bert is on the last leg of his Mont Blanc Circuit today. Apart from being tired, drenched on occasions, unable to complete one leg of the MBC due to snow (30 – 50cm at high level apparently) and with a few Compeed blister plasters (the first time he has ever needed them), he has survived.
