Isn’t the answer to 31 across Board and not Broad which doesn’t fit in with 21 down Overdraw because it needs to be to make circuit board

Hmm. Thanks for the explanation, but thumbs down from me on that one, I’m afraid: “sir kit” (as opposed to “sir’s kit”) is dubious enough, but “…is delivered by some” as a homophone indicator? I wonder if the clue was supposed to read “…as delivered by some”, which would at least make the cryptic construction sound.
